Drawing an end to the work week with another television appearance, Emma Roberts visited "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" in New York City on Friday evening (June 10).
The always-stylish niece of Julia Roberts took to the Rockefeller Center studios as she sat down to chat about her new movie "The Art of Getting By" - which hits theaters on June 17th.
Hoping to build up interest, Miss Roberts tweeted prior to the episode's airing, "Everyone catch me on Jimmy Fallon tonight! Obsessed w that guy!"
As for her movie, "The Art of Getting By" is about "George, a lonely and fatalistic teen who's made it all the way to his senior year without ever having done a real day of work, who is befriended by Sally, a popular but complicated girl who recognizes in him a kindred spirit."
Up next for Roberts is a project titled "Celeste and Jesse Forever," in which she plays a pop star with the film centering around a divorcing couple (played by Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg) who are in the midst of logistic woes while attempting to move forward while getting back in the dating pool.
Of her co-stars, Emma recently told MTV News, "Right now I'm doing a romantic comedy called 'Celeste and Jesse Forever,' and I'm obsessed with both of them (Jones and Samberg). And I'm playing a pop star? Everyone in the movie is hilarious; it?s a great group to get to work with."
